• Application refers to Skin Max, the mobile software program provided by the Company.
• Account means a unique account created by You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to Skin Max.
• Country refers to Poland.
• Content refers to text, images, or other material submitted or uploaded by You through the Service.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a smartphone or tablet.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an Account to access certain features of the Service. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities under your Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts at Our discretion if we believe that You are in violation of these Terms.

User-Generated Content

By uploading or creating Content through the Service, You confirm that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the Content.
• The Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The Service offers in-app purchases and subscription plans. All purchases are final. Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled by You prior to the next billing cycle.

There is no free trial offered at this time.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual design, and other content created by Us are Our exclusive property and protected by applicable laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our proprietary materials without Our written permission.

Feedback and Suggestions

You may choose to submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service. By doing so, You agree that We may use this feedback without compensation, attribution, or restriction of any kind.

Promotions and Contests

We may offer promotions, sweepstakes, or contests from time to time. These may be governed by separate rules. If You participate, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific rules will apply.

Prohibited Uses

"No warranties" disclaimer applies: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
